Please fill out the enrollment forms first before selecting your membership options and submitting payment. Your payment & membership will not be processed until all forms are completed and submitted.
The links will take the member to Acrobat.com- you must download the form to fill it in electronically.
OKCMAR allows for electronic signature, using SoftShare, for your applications. When submitting the forms a Soft Share dialogue box will appear. (Brokers please note that your foms rmay require mutliple digital signatures- each time you are asked to replace the existing file click OK) The following information will appear:
- Sign As: This is a drop down box - choose NEW ID
- Choose: Pick A NEW DIGITAL ID I WANT TO CREATE NOW from the radio button list of choices
- Choose: Either the Windows Certificate Store or NEW DIGITAL ID FILE
- File Location: This will autofill - make sure all identity fields are complete
- Create & Confirm a password- then click finish. The application will now display a digital signature and is ready to submit
REALTOR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
OKCMAR BROKER MLS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT- Use only if applying for a new brokerage firm to participate in the MLS and for OKCMAR REALTOR® membership.
MLS ONLY PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT- Use only if the broker holds REALTOR® membership in another board and does not wish to become an OKCMAR member but does wish to access the MLSOK of OKCMAR. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO ONLINE PAY OPTION FOR THIS CATEGORY ON THIS SITE- please contact member services to arrange for payment.
MLS USER AGREEMENT- Must complete if member is a licensee with a firm participating in the MLS- Must choose MLS fees if the brokerage firm participates in MLSOK. MUST ALSO COMPLETE FOR BROKERS JOINING THE MLS
BROKER VERIFICATION CERTIFICATION FORM (MUST BE SUBMITTED BY BROKER) OR ATTACH SCANNED BROKER SIGNED VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE
If your broker requires (check with the broker) participation in the lockbox key program or if the individual new member wishes to participate the following forms must be completed and you must choose both the lockbox key fee & the lockbox activation fee.

E-KEY AGREEMENT- Use if your lockbox key will be on your smartphone
A-KEY AGREEMENT- Use if you will be using a physical lockbox key
